Production Operator-3rd Shift Only
About The Position
As a Production Operator in the manufacturing industry, you will help ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of automotive components on an automated production line. You will operate and monitor production equipment, maintain quality standards, and support continuous manufacturing processes to meet production targets. You will work with team members to troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks, and follow safety protocols. The role includes hands-on assembly line work, including regularly lifting and handling heavy materials, to maintain workflow and product integrity. The work schedule is the 3rd shift, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in automotive assembly or a related manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate automated assembly line equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry heavy weights.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures and manufacturing processes.
Nice To Haves
- Certification or training in production equipment operation or manufacturing safety.
- Experience working in a high-volume automotive production facility.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or assembly instructions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
