About The Position

ORBIS is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Production Operator to prepare products for shipment by following product guidelines and customer requirements. Work includes cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking products to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and career development. The schedule is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on a 2/2/3 rotation.

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructions.
• Clean, trim, and assemble components.
• Maintain continuous production flow.
• Prepare products for shipment according to established guidelines and customer specifications.
• Support training of new employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
