About The Position

Premium Waters is hiring a full-time Production Operator at its Douglas, Georgia location. The role supports the company’s production team and its mission to provide high-quality bottled water in an environmentally friendly manner. Production Operators tend manufacturing equipment used to bottle water, including fillers, labelers, packaging equipment, cappers, and palletizers. They operate equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring product and package quality. The position is on the night shift, 6 PM to 6 AM. Full training will be provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is listed as a preferred requirement.
• Minimum of two years of work-related experience or training is preferred.
• Previous forklift certification and experience in manufacturing or warehousing are required.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Commitment to following safety practices.

Nice To Haves

• Computer experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of work-related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and perform basic machine operations.
• Stack raw materials and handle finished-product cases.
• Perform quality inspections and minor machine adjustments.
• Monitor the flow of outgoing finished goods and correct disruptions.
• Clean equipment and production lines throughout the shift and maintain a clean work area.
• Expedite production-line repairs, working with maintenance as necessary.
• Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and established Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
