About The Position

At Charter Next Generation (CNG), employees are company owners and earn equity shares from day one. Production Operators operate and monitor lines that turn raw resin into film used in packaging. The role offers hands-on training, career progression, and opportunities to advance across CNG's facilities. No prior experience is necessary.

The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule of 12-hour static day or night shifts. The schedule includes 15 workdays per month, a three-day weekend every rotation, and eight hours of overtime built into each standard schedule. Night shifts receive an additional $2.50 per hour differential. Wages are stated as up to $23.50 per hour based on experience, including shift differential, with potential first-year total compensation of $54,111 or more.

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production lines.
