Production Operator

About The Position

As a Mixer Operator on Land O’Lakes, Inc.’s manufacturing team, you will perform front-line production processes that add value and quality to inputs and create finished products. You will work with raw materials to produce products for customers, operate machinery and equipment, and package final products. This role is part of the Purina Animal Nutrition business, which serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. The position is in a union facility and is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have at least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
Have basic computer and math skills.
Be able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Be willing to learn new skills, solve problems, and troubleshoot.
Have strong collaboration and communication skills and consistently demonstrate respect.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of manufacturing work experience.
Machine operation and/or forklift experience.
