About The Position

Solventum is hiring a Production Operator to support production operations at its Irvine, California manufacturing facility. The role supports equipment setup and operation across multiple departments, quality standards, and a safe, efficient plant environment. Operators may work first, second, or third shift depending on availability. The position is onsite, and travel is not required. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED completed before starting, or one year of experience in a production or warehouse role.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a medical or dental manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Ability to work first, second, or third shift depending on shift availability.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment within multiple departments.
• Make equipment adjustments as needed.
• Operate and clean the Inkjet printer and care for the Inkjet heads.
• Perform mechanical tasks in the operation of equipment.
• Write and prepare detailed production reports.
• Use simple formulas and drawings.
• Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.
• Communicate effectively in English, including speaking, understanding, and writing.
