About The Position

The Production Operator inspects and packages plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards. The role involves operating equipment efficiently and safely, using basic tools, completing production paperwork, monitoring production-run accuracy and quality, and maintaining machine efficiency and continuous production. The operator also keeps the work area and plant clean, places scrap appropriately, follows company and departmental procedures, and complies with Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP practices. Additional duties may be assigned by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package plastic products to ensure good quality.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Safely use basic tools and place boxes on a pallet.
• Read and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Monitor production-run accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
• Clean the work area daily and place scrap in the proper location to maintain plant cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership, efficiently and safely.
• Follow all company and departmental procedures.
• Follow Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP practices.
