About The Position

The Manufacturing Operator role is responsible for operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, filling machines, case packers, labelers, robotics, and forklifts. This role also involves loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods, monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications, and maintaining production records, equipment logs, and inventory levels. Additionally, the operator will perform routine manufacturing tasks, minor equipment troubleshooting, support production schedules, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

Requirements

• Experience operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment
• Ability to load and unload raw materials and finished goods
• Skill in monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance
• Proficiency in maintaining production records, equipment logs, and inventory levels
• Capability to perform routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting
