About The Position

Surge is hiring dependable Production Operators for a full-time manufacturing position in Killbuck, Ohio. This hands-on role involves rubber manufacturing, operating equipment, and maintaining product quality. Manufacturing experience is preferred, and training is available for qualified candidates. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment with varying temperatures.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with rubber mixing and manufacturing processes.
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
