About The Position
S.B. Foot Tanning, a key leather supplier for Red Wing Shoe Company and the US Military, is seeking Production Operators for its 1st shift. The company is known for its innovative testing lab and has received numerous quality awards in the tanning industry. This role involves building and delivering purpose-built products, contributing to a legacy at Red Wing Shoe Company. Production Operator positions require adherence to safe work practices, quality output, attention to detail, and efficiency. Employees may work in team settings and/or independently.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds
- Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs
- Ability to read & write English
- Satisfactory results of a background check and physical exam which includes a drug screen
