About The Position
S.B. Foot Tanning, a division of Red Wing Shoe Company and a key leather supplier for various industries, is seeking Summer Temporary Production Operators for the 1st shift. These are full-time, temporary positions specifically for the summer months (May/June-August). The role requires adherence to safe work practices, maintaining quality output, attention to detail, and efficiency. Employees will have the opportunity to work both in team settings and independently. These temporary positions are not eligible for company benefits.
Requirements
- Solid attendance records
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds
- Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs
- Ability to read & write English
- Satisfactory results of a background check
- Satisfactory results of a physical exam which includes a drug screen
