About The Position
S.B. Foot Tanning, a division of Red Wing Shoe Company, is seeking Summer Temporary Production Operators for the 1st shift. These are full-time, temporary positions available from May/June through August. The role requires adherence to safe work practices, ensuring quality output, attention to detail, and efficiency. Employees may work in team settings and/or independently. This temporary position is not eligible for benefits.
Requirements
- Solid attendance records
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds
- Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs
- Ability to read & write English
