Production Operator 1 - (2nd Shift - 2:00pm to 10:30pm M/F)
About The Position
The Production Operator is responsible for ensuring safe operations and that quality at each operation meets specifications. The role builds products according to established safety and quality procedures and work instructions, and contributes to safety, quality, and delivery objectives set by the leadership team. The operator completes documentation required for policy and procedure compliance, including routing information, batch control records, scrap and quality issues, and scorecards. This on-site position is part of the Manufacturing & Operations department at Cytiva in Duncan, South Carolina, and reports to the Sr. Manager, Operations. The stated schedule is 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and use of basic math.
- Ability to read and comprehend product drawings and written work instructions.
- Ability to use measuring equipment such as rulers and calipers.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 35 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
