About The Position

The Production Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for delivering high-quality products cost-effectively, efficiently, and on time. The role manages daily plant operations and employees, coordinates production and installation schedules, enforces quality standards, and oversees inventory, equipment, and vehicles. The listed pay of $75,000 includes base pay plus bonuses. The position offers a direct career track with a salary increase. The company says it responds promptly and hires within a week.

Requirements

Prior supervisory experience with hiring responsibilities.
Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making fields.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Closets experience is highly preferred.
Experience with 32mm systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the plant’s daily operations and employees.
Schedule production and installation to meet deadlines.
Understand company product lines, equipment, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
Enforce quality assurance standards.
Interact with sales staff to review designs as defined by the owner.
Maintain factory equipment and company vehicles.
Produce daily cut lists.
Forecast production requirements and maintain necessary inventory levels.
Lead hands-on to deliver a high-quality product cost-effectively, efficiently, and on time.
