The Production Designer plays a key role in our Art Department, creating compelling designs and technically accurate production files for custom medals, awards, and other manufactured products. This role requires more than traditional graphic design experience. The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional graphic design experience specifically involving product design, manufacturing, or production-ready artwork, with a strong understanding of layered files, vector artwork, and how designs translate into physical products. Experience designing products such as packaging, boxes, toys, jewelry, apparel, promotional products, or other manufactured goods is highly relevant. Working closely with Sales, Production, and Marketing, the Production Designer transforms customer concepts into visually appealing designs and manufacturing-ready files for die-cast, stamped, laser-engraved, and printed products. The position also contributes to marketing graphics, product photography, and digital media. If you enjoy solving creative challenges, understanding how things are made, and seeing your designs come to life as finished products, this role offers the opportunity to make your work tangible.
