Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
  • High level of organization with strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ensure all safety guidelines and company policies and procedures are followed, applying them fairly and consistently across the team.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Supervisors, Leads and hourly Team Members, completing performance evaluations and administering progressive discipline as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, monitoring production metrics and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve results.
  • Adhere to the production schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensure delivery times are consistently met.
  • Own plant efficiency across all departments, involving maintenance personnel as needed to improve uptime and equipment efficiency.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with Supervisor scheduling and support Customer Service with issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of all jobs/operations within the facility.
  • Interact with customers, participate in linen start-ups, and direct truck drivers as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
