About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. This role is part of the 2nd shift, working from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts. The hourly rate is $19.49. This position will report to a Shift Lead and will involve servicing and operating mixing equipment to produce various products. Training on equipment and processes will be provided. The work environment is climate-controlled depending on the assigned line. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English, and pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple roles and fill in as production needs
• Learn how to operate a power jack
• Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems
