Responsibilities also include managing shop equipment, tools, materials, and raw materials, assisting with customer issues and developing corrective actions, reacting to change orders, establishing labor hours, and overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and equipment. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and tracking material costs, establishing quality standards with the Plant Coordinator, managing the stockroom, and setting monthly targets with the Production Coordinator and Plant Manager.
