About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Production Manager to become a long-term part of our team. We're a fast-paced print and wrap shop working with everyone from national brands and franchise systems to local mom-and-pop businesses and brand-new startups. We produce signs, banners, graphics, vehicle wraps, digital printing, apparel and just about everything in between. We're looking for someone who knows production, can keep up with a busy shop, and isn't afraid to jump in and help the team when needed.

Requirements

Experienced, self-motivated Production Manager
Hands-on experience with wide-format production
Solid production background
Willingness to learn
Ability to keep up with a busy shop
Willingness to jump in and help the team when needed
Self-motivated, dependable, easy to work with, and has a good personality

Nice To Haves

Knowledge that can make us better
Experience designing, setting up files and printing vehicle wraps
Experience with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop and graphic design
Experience with digital printing and bindery equipment
Experience with sign production and finishing
Experience with vinyl installation
Experience with color management and prepress
A skill or knowledge that we don't currently have

Responsibilities

Keeping production organized and jobs moving
File setup, prepress and troubleshooting
Operating wide-format printers, laminators, and plotters
Working with vinyls, laminates and different print materials
Designing, setting up files and printing vehicle wraps
Understanding vehicle templates, panel setup, bleeds, overlaps, scaling
Taking a wrap from design/prepress → RIP → print → laminate → cut → ready for installation
