  • Strong understanding of how to translate creative ideas into executable production plans, including builds, staffing, logistics, and run-of-show.
  • Detail-oriented with experience developing production schedules, timelines and onsite documentation.
  • Experienced in sourcing, managing, negotiating and holding vendors accountable.
  • Financially savvy with the ability to track, manage and reconcile production budgets.
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and lead on-the-ground teams during live events.
  • Calm under pressure, resourceful in real time, and able to problem-solve quickly when plans shift.
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours as required for events and activations when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management and production tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Smartsheet) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of events, brand activations, and experiential programs—from concept through execution and wrap.
  • Translate creative ideas into clear, actionable production plans, including timelines, cost estimates, run-of-show, logistics, staffing, and technical requirements.
  • Own multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing competing demands and adapting quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Build and manage detailed production schedules, project plans, and workstreams across internal teams and external partners.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently across teams and arenas to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Act as the central hub of information, proactively sharing updates, surfacing risks, and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
  • Source, vet, negotiate and manage vendors and partners–securing strong agreements while ensuring everyone is aligned on expectations, timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality, accountability, and smooth execution.
  • Manage production budgets, track expenses, and reconcile costs with a strong eye toward efficiency.
  • Serve as the on-site lead for events and activations—overseeing setup, execution, troubleshooting, and teardown.
  • Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and adapt quickly when plans shift while ensuring production continues to run smoothly.
  • Ensure all productions operate within legal and compliance frameworks, including health and safety standards, data protection, contracts and usage rights.
  • Foster strong interpersonal relationships across teams, creating an approachable, supportive environment while effectively managing stakeholders and vendors.
  • Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, often ambiguous work without slowing momentum.
