About The Position

This role involves operating manufacturing lines, performing set-ups and changeovers, monitoring equipment to meet production targets, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring precision through the use of tape measures and tools. The position also emphasizes a safety-first mindset and teamwork to meet site goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to read tape measurements down to 1/8".
Mechanically curious.
Takes ownership of their equipment.
Thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
