About The Position

This position is for a Machine Operator, with a focus on the night shift. The role involves following standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirements. The operator will use various hand tools, follow build boards and Kanban system requirements, and report any inconsistencies or defects. Maintaining a positive work atmosphere and contributing to the company's strategic, quality, and safety objectives are key aspects of the role. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
• Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills.
• Good math and visualization skills
• Ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
• Stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending.
• Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for some activities.
• Visual acuity is required to inspect work completed.
• Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
