Located in the Greenfield industrial corridor, our facility is easily accessible from I-70, making it a quick 20-minute commute for talent coming from East Indianapolis, Shelbyville, or Anderson. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read tape measurements down to 1/8".

Responsibilities

  • Perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets.
  • Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes.
  • Use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality.
  • Prioritize a safety-first mindset and step in to help coworkers meet site goals.

  • 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
