This role is for an individual who can step in anywhere on the production line, keep things moving, and maintain operations during breaks, absences, or production surges. The company, family-owned since 1905, manufactures food products like ketchup, BBQ sauce, and sauerkraut. They emphasize training, promotion, and investment in their employees. This position offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the entire production operation.
Requirements
- Some experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Quick learner who picks up new tasks and stations with confidence
- Adaptable and calm under pressure

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
- Team-first attitude with solid communication skills
Responsibilities
- Fill in for operators at various positions across the production line
- Learn and maintain proficiency at multiple line stations
- Keep production running smoothly during transitions and coverage gaps
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and quality standards at every position
- Communicate clearly with Line Leads and supervisors about coverage needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment wherever you're working
