About The Position

The Production Support will be responsible for defining, clarifying and enhancing the ability to follow the procedures with work schedules, PTO, tours for temp workers and general administrative tasks that pertain to production and associates that meet compliance with Quality Standards and RPC Policies. In addition, provide assistance with team leaders and associates when needed.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent (GED)
• Strong computer skills
• High organizational and multitasking skills
• Speak, read, and write English (Spanish is a Plus)
• Understand company policies
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to document and measure results
• Teamwork building skills
• Comfortable public speaking
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Ability to follow procedures

Nice To Haves

• Food manufacturing experience (1 to 2 years)
• HR experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with associates to ensure they are in compliance with RPC Quality Standards and Specifications.
• Ensures that all required documentation for production records is completed according to RPC policies.
• Assist Team Leaders with Safety Training
• Assist with New Hire Orientation tasks as needed (file, E-verify, tour, etc.)
• Provide support for Team Leaders when it comes to work schedules, absences, and PTO
