About The Position

Pilgrim's is seeking Production Leads for 1st and 3rd Shifts. The pay ranges from $19.75 - $20.35 per hour, depending on the case-ready department, with an additional $2.00 for the night shift differential. This role requires experience in case-ready department positions and a willingness to work all scheduled hours. Candidates must not have more than 3.5 attendance points and should not have any disciplinary write-ups in the past 6 months. Bilingual skills are desired. The position involves assisting management in employee placement, assessment of controls, gathering information, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring good communication regarding production and written records. Additionally, Production Leads will assist employees by administering short breaks, maintaining the work area, and explaining company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in case ready department positions.
  • Must be willing to work all hours scheduled.
  • Must not have more than 3.5 attendance points.
  • No disciplinary write-ups in the past 6 months.
  • Must be capable of performing simple math.
