About The Position

Production Leads are needed for 1st and 3rd shifts. The pay ranges from $19.75 - $20.35 per hour, depending on the case-ready department, with an additional $2.00 per hour for the night shift differential. This role requires experience in case-ready department positions and a willingness to work all scheduled hours. Candidates must not have more than 3.5 attendance points (demotion will occur if 3.5 is exceeded) and no disciplinary write-ups in the past 6 months. Bilingual skills are desired. The ability to perform simple math is essential.

Requirements

  • Able to lift a maximum 90 lbs. not less than 30 times per 4.5-hour period from floor level to a maximum height of 6 feet.
  • Able to stand for at least 4.5 hours within a work area.
  • Able to walk distances longer than 100 feet covering an area that exceeds 45,000 square feet.
  • Able to withstand a damp work area with a temperature range of 40 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit for a period of 10 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Explain and demonstrate skills of job to the employee, repeat as needed.
