- Experience in Construction & Skilled Trades (Crew Foreman, Superintendent, Scaffold Foreman, Electrical Foreman, Concrete Crew Lead, Roofing Crew Leader, Welding Foreman, Millwright Lead)
- Experience in Warehouse & Distribution (Warehouse Supervisor, Shipping Supervisor, Inventory Lead, Logistics Coordinator, Distribution Team Lead, Forklift Team Lead)
- Experience in Retail & Customer Service (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Shift Manager, Operations Manager)
- Experience in Transportation (Fleet Supervisor, Dispatch Supervisor, Transportation Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor)
- Experience in Food Service & Hospitality (Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, Shift Supervisor, Hospitality Manager)
- Experience in Military (Squad Leader, Section Leader, Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Training Leader)
- Leading teams of people
