The leader is also responsible for monitoring and ensuring the correct utilization of resources such as raw materials, tools, and personnel. They will evaluate and develop supervisor performance, comply with TPI's SMART goal setting and performance reviews, and build teamwork and engagement within TPI's core values and IDEA. Fostering a continuous improvement culture and cost-out projects applying Lean tools is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the Production Leader will monitor and approve personnel time and attendance (payroll, permits, vacation, disciplinary actions), ensure on-time and effective Oracle transactions, and ensure proper implementation of engineering changes and deviations. This role complies with and enforces TPI's internal work regulations (Norm 035) and ensures that TPI's Mission, Vision, and Values are fulfilled and enforced.
