About The Position
At Worthington Enterprises, our people are our most important asset. We’re looking for a Production Leader to help guide and support our manufacturing teams on 2nd or 3rd shift. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement — and who’s ready to make a real impact on daily operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work hands-on with machinery and inspection tools
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout
- A team-focused leader who leads by example

- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
- Support the training, development, and scheduling of team members
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign work in the supervisor’s absence
- Troubleshoot production challenges and drive effective solutions
- Ensure accurate production reporting and efficient use of resources
- Act as a first responder during plant emergencies
- Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
