Production Laborer (Liquids)

About The Position

Euclid Chemical, a fully owned subsidiary of RPM International, manufactures products for the construction and restoration markets. The Production Laborer is responsible for supporting production and helping ensure products and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory expectations. The role includes assembling batches, operating filling and packaging equipment, and handling finished pails and pallets. Work functions vary by department and may involve substantial standing, sitting, or bending, as well as repetitive lifting of up to 50–65 pounds. The stated rate of pay is $19.25 per hour.

Requirements

Be forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
Be able to work with basic mathematical concepts.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Be able to lift up to 50–65 pounds repetitively.
Meet the physical demands of the applicable department function, which may include 90% standing, 80% sitting, or 25% bending.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Ensure product quality is met or exceeded.
Support efficient manufacturing and continuous improvement of products and processes.
Interpret process instructions to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Assemble batches by manually loading chemicals or using material-handling equipment where available.
Set up and operate pail-filling equipment, including filling and stacking pails on pallets.
Assemble small packages by labeling pails, filling them, hammering lids onto them, and stacking them on pallets.
Operate a walk-behind pallet truck.
Perform other duties as necessary.
