About The Position

Euclid Chemical, a subsidiary of RPM International, is hiring a reliable and motivated Production Laborer to support production operations. The role involves manufacturing and packaging products while following safety procedures and meeting quality and regulatory requirements. Duties may vary by department function.

Requirements

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to lift 50 to 65 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure product quality is met or exceeded.
• Support efficient manufacturing and continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Interpret process instructions to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assemble batches by manually loading chemicals or using material-handling equipment where available.
• Set up and operate pail-filling equipment, fill pails, and stack them on pallets.
• Assemble small packages by labeling and filling pails, hammering lids onto pails, and stacking pails weighing up to 65 pounds.
• Operate a walk-behind pallet truck.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
