Requirements

• Undergraduate pursuing Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation capability.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with shopfloor personnel.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, training systems, and digitalization initiatives.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malay and English

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling and execution of operator qualification activities.
• Coordinate qualification assessments and maintain qualification records.
• Track qualification completion status and follow up on overdue qualifications.
• Support preparation of TS Evaluation Forms 2.0 documentation.
• Assist in e-learning content creation, video development and training material digitization.
• Support E-Qualification 2.0 implementation and paperless training initiatives.
• Generate qualification reports and support audit preparation activities.
• Assist SFT Coordinator in administrative and project-related activities.
