Requirements

5+ years of experience in roofing or construction, with leadership/foreman experience preferred
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques, specifically in TPO
Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and organize crews efficiently
Valid Working at Heights Certification
Access to CSA-approved safety gear and tools
Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project completion

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead roofing crews on commercial projects
Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures
Support crew members with technical guidance and hands-on assistance as needed
Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow
Monitor materials and equipment usage, and report on project status
Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and productivity
