About The Position

Greatario is growing and seeking dedicated, safety-focused Construction Foremen to join their field construction team. This role involves hands-on work, being part of a crew, and building tangible, lasting structures. The position requires supervising and leading a field construction crew, working on active construction sites to build municipal, industrial, and agricultural liquid storage systems. Responsibilities include operating power tools and equipment, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, supporting project timelines, communicating progress and issues to the project team, maintaining administrative requirements like timesheets and inspections, and assisting with the coordination of labor, material, and equipment.

Requirements

Ability to work within a team based environment focused on safety, productivity, quality and customer service.
Previous Supervisory experience in Construction
Effective time management skills, ability to work well under pressure
Valid Class G driver’s license or ability to get to crew meeting point
Comfortable with physically demanding work
Comfortable working outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather
Desire to learn new skills
Previous equipment operation experience i.e. Telehandler, Skid steer, elevated work platform
Comfortable with travel
Understanding of both oral and written instructions
Eye for detail, precision and aesthetics – understanding of the importance of job cleanliness and organization
Leads by example, with a high level of integrity and professionalism

Responsibilities

Supervising and leading a field construction crew (typically 4 team members)
Working on active construction sites building municipal, industrial and agricultural liquid storage systems.
Operating power tools and equipment to assemble tank systems, including impact tools, torque wrenches and caulking equipment.
Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols
Supporting project timelines through reliable execution, teamwork and strong work ethic.
Communicates with project team on progress, issues and potential delays
Maintains administrative requirements i.e. timesheets, inspections
Assist with the coordination of labor, material and equipment needed for the project
