About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to fill the role of Roofing Foreman. This teammate will manage a crew of 5–10 and deliver quality solutions to our customers. This teammate will:
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of various roof systems.
Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Oversee a crew of 5–10.
Complete reporting documents.
Maintain truck and equipment.
Competitive Pay: 30+ and with Industry-based compensation dependent on experience and skill set.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience across various systems.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate a crew.
• Effective listening skills to communicate with coworkers and clients.
• A valid driver’s license.
