About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Production Coordinator for its Service Center Parker - Woodman Dr. The role provides daily supervision and direction to production staff, dispatches work assignments to production personnel, and maintains vehicle status information in C1. The Production Coordinator also performs other related duties to support efficient and effective repairs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic understanding of collision estimating and repair processes and procedures.
• Prior experience with C1.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and direction to production staff members.
• Dispatch work assignments to production personnel.
• Maintain information in C1 to reflect vehicle status.
• Perform other related duties to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
