Production Coordinator (Retail)- 1st Shift

About The Position

The Production Coordinator compiles records and reports on various aspects of plant production activities. The role supports production and inventory processes by maintaining records, preparing reports and packets, and helping maintain inventory accuracy. The position also performs other duties as required.

Requirements

High school graduate at minimum.
Experience in business or office procedures.
At least six months of experience in an office environment.
Working knowledge and proficiency with computers and business-related software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports on plant production activity.
Maintain inventory of production-related items and supplies as required.
Prepare reports regarding production downtime for payroll as required.
Request new product codes as required.
Verify production sheets are properly numbered and logged.
Prepare cycle count and inventory adjustments as required.
Perform cycle counting and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
Maintain and update YAM records and related production data as required.
Create and maintain black boxes and related documentation to support production and inventory processes.
Create Production / Shipping Packets.
Revise product costing as required.
Prepare regular and special reports as required.
Perform other duties as required.
