About The Position

Intradeco Apparel is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee pre-production and production activities for assigned styles. The role works closely with factories and internal teams to keep product information current, coordinate approvals, and maintain production reports. This is a full-time, on-site hybrid position in Miami, Florida. Intradeco Apparel is a global vertical manufacturing company that supplies casual clothing and thermal underwear to major retailers in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Requirements

Three to five years of experience.
Knowledge of apparel production and experience working with overseas vendors.
Technical proficiency in PLM, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and react to change.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and screen-print techniques.
Effective communication skills.
A sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks.
Proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate daily with factories on all aspects of product development.
Own and maintain tech packs from pre-production through production, ensuring factories always have the latest information and standards.
Coordinate and ensure completion of approvals for styles sold, including patterns, fit samples, fabric quality, lab dips, shade bands, trim approvals such as cartons and labels, and PP and TOP samples.
Work with pattern makers, designers, and the art team to ensure approvals are completed on time.
Maintain, update, and publish approval reports for each program and style.
Create and maintain reports specified by the Sourcing Manager.
