Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer proficient.
Problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
High level of patience and service.
Ability to motivate team members.
Ability to be flexible and multitask.
Ability to read blueprints and maintain accurate records.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach.

Nice To Haves

Previous production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the flow of work within a production center.
Keep production leadership informed of production status.
Work with document control staff to assure production documents are kept current.
Act as liaison to other departments and team members relating to production needs.
May act as back-up to supervisor, as necessary.
May lead or contribute to production improvement initiatives.
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches of products according to specifications.
Maintain applicable records.
Demonstrate Viaflex Team Member Values in their daily actions.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
Learn, understand, continuously improve, and promote the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
