About The Position

The Production Coordinator checks daily production estimates and prepares production schedules and labels for different SKUs. The role involves coordinating with sales, shipping, and analysts; entering data; kitting raw product into finished product; receiving outside product; and preparing hourly production and final daily reports. The coordinator attends production or management meetings as needed and may serve as backup for the AM/PM Production Coordinators. The position is seasonal and based in Yuma, Arizona.

Requirements

• One year of experience.
• Ability to multitask.
• Computer proficiency.
• High school diploma.
• Punctuality.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to take initiative.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel to Yuma, Arizona, or Salinas, California.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production estimates.
• Prepare the daily production schedule.
• Make labels for different SKUs and provide them to QA.
• Communicate daily with sales, shipping, and analysts.
• Perform data entry.
• Kit raw product into finished product.
• Prepare hourly production reports.
• Receive outside product.
• Prepare the final daily report for each shift.
• Attend production or management meetings as needed.
• Serve as backup for Production Coordinators (AM/PM).
