About The Position

This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day production operations, ensuring that production stays on track to meet deadlines. The Production Coordinator will support, coach, and guide team leaders, trainers, and production team members on the floor. They will also be responsible for ensuring that quality and safety standards are met, maintaining quality control, and instructing staff regarding customer specifications. Additionally, the role involves controlling labor and other expenses in line with revenue.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

  • Some leadership, team lead, or training experience preferred
  • 1+ year of leadership or team lead experience preferred
  • Someone reliable who shows up and gets the job done
