About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day production operations, ensuring that production stays on track to meet deadlines. The Production Coordinator will also provide support, coaching, and guidance to team leaders, trainers, and production team members on the floor. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that quality and safety standards are met, maintaining quality control, and instructing staff regarding customer specifications. Additionally, the role involves controlling labor and other expenses in line with revenue.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
