CNC Operator (1ST AND 2ND SHIFT AVAILABLE)
About The Position
Rockville Technology, LLC. is a family owned, fast-paced machining services and fabrication company focused on creation nonferrous machine parts primarily for the US Aerospace and Defense Industry. They are looking to bring on a CNC Operator at their location in Vernon, CT. In this role, the CNC Machinist is expected to set-up and operate multi-axis machines, work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other instructions, load material, deburr and inspect parts for conformance to print requirements, communicate with supervisor, engineers, quality and other shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues, perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment, and maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must be able to setup, optimize feed & speeds, operate and troubleshoot
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
- Experience utilizing standard gauges and inspection techniques including documentation
- Experience selecting, setting and changing tools
- Have an excellent work ethic and can-do attitude

Nice To Haves
- Experience with inspection documentation
- Experience in manufacturing aerospace threaded components and/or other close tolerance parts
