Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a production control planner in a manufacturing environment and/or demonstrated work experience; automotive preferred
• Understanding and experience with deliveries and shipments within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multi-task
• Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced environment
• Superior attention to detail in all areas of work
• Professional appearance and manners
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and ERP systems
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Monitor operations to ensure on time completion and within budget
• Address issues aiming for minimal disruption
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation
• Receive materials and shipments in computer system
• Monitor and records materials, sub assembly and finished product inventory levels
• Communication with Vendors as required
