About The Position

You will be the Production Control Manager - Level 5 for the Production Control team which is responsible for overseeing all day‑to‑day production control activities at the Pinellas Park, FL location. As the Production Control Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading the Production Control organization, managing both salaried and hourly staff, and ensuring efficient shop‑floor, replenishment, and logistical operations.

Requirements

  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • Experience with Production/Production Control Processes and Procedures
  • Experience with an ERP System
  • Experience with cost, schedule and technical data
  • Inventory Management Experience
  • Previous Leadership Experience with salaried and hourly employees
  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects

Responsibilities

  • Manage supervisors and associates for shipping, receiving, stocking, kitting, and inventory tracking.
  • Oversee material requirements from suppliers and external processors to ensure a controlled, on‑time flow of approved materials.
  • Control floor work‑in‑process (WIP) and schedule execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for shop‑floor control activities and parts‑movement planning.
  • Identify and implement safety, process‑improvement, and 6S opportunities.
