In this role you will support of Sustainment Supply Operations and Logistics as the manager of the Sustainment Control Team. You will need to hold experience in managing supply performance and readiness improvement initiatives across all Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Sustainment programs. You’ll play a key role in shaping the sustainment control framework, driving supply performance improvements, and delivering critical insights that guide decision-making at the enterprise level. You will be responsible for managing the employees to apply analytics to uncover process drivers, identify opportunities, and integrate solutions across multiple teams. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information will empower execution teams and senior leadership to make informed, timely decisions that impact global sustainment operations. As a highly motivated individual with a continuous improvement mindset, you must be able to apply analytics to understand key process drivers and integrate across teams to drive implementation of solutions, including providing information that enables quick and accurate decision making for execution teams and leadership.
