About The Position

The Production Control Coordinator ensures accuracy, timeliness and proper prioritization of end to end order movement. The Production Control Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager, Stratford. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for operational challenges related to order processing, addressing customer service concerns, shipping delays, and intralogistics bottlenecks. The coordinator will work cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and manage unexpected disruptions by collaborating with logistics, production, planning, purchasing, business applications, IT, MTO, and the Sparks location. A key aspect of this role is acting as a primary SAP EWM user, providing frontline troubleshooting for warehouse and order management issues, and escalating system-related errors or needed adjustments to the EWM team. Maintaining accuracy in order data, material records, and system transactions is crucial for smooth processing. The role also includes the analysis and reporting of production KPIs (DPPM, OTD) and supporting back-order management, production delay notifications, and reason code management. Additionally, the Production Control Coordinator will support routine maintenance and emergency systems issues, as well as change request and system-related patch testing.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma required)
  • Minimum 3+ years Logistics / Automation / Manufacturing Experience
  • Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, SAP EWM and warehouse technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Operational management background preferred
  • Second language is a plus
  • WM systems and /or SAP experience is a plus

Responsibilities
