About The Position

The Production Associate assembles specialty film capacitors according to specifications and drawings. The role supports production workflow by preparing parts, following process steps, maintaining quality, and covering for absent team members when required. The position is on the first shift, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and may require overtime to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Focus on product quality.
• Familiarity with measuring devices or willingness to learn how to use them.
• Ability to convert decimals to fractions.
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attendance record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Full body mobility and good eyesight.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Constant alertness and attention to detail.
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.

• Previous production experience.
