About The Position

Manufacturing Production Associate for specialty film products, working the first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The role assembles film capacitors to specifications and requires the ability to follow blueprints and drawings. The associate works through production steps to maintain workflow, prepares parts for jobs, and may fill in for absent team members. Overtime may be required to meet production goals. The position also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Focus on product quality.
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn to use, various measuring devices.
• Ability to convert decimals to fractions.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attendance record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Full-body mobility and good eyesight.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Constant alertness and attention to detail.
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.
